A minimum deposit of $1000 is required to reserve your trip with Footprints.  We accept personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express via Paypal.  Your remaining balance is due 75 days before departure.   Last minute travelers will by accommodated if space is available.  If you are making your reservation less than 75 days before departure, the entire amount of the trip must be paid in full at the time of your reservation.  We will maintain a wait list on trips that are presently full.  

Travel insurance is encouraged and is most cost effective if you purchase it within a week of sending in your deposit.  There are a number of travel insurance companies and I will be happy to recommend one if you wish.   Footprints Travel assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury of person or effects and strongly encourages health/accident travel insurance.
